It took a little patience but Pinata we can finally listen to it.

The album features sound and funk sounds. Madlib’s bases are rich in instruments. While, Gibbs is rapping with his classic rough style and he frequently varies cadence and flow. The track are all very enjoyable and there is no shadow of filler songs.

On the record, among all the songs, ”Palmolive” is the one to stand out. In addition to Gibbs, there are Pusha T and Killer Mike who talk about various topics mainly related to street life and social redemption. Gibbs himself stated that, despite not looking for collaborations for this record, Palmolive is his favorite track.
